Benefits

Usage
Incurin® should be given orally as directed by your veterinarian. Do not stop giving the medication unless advised by your veterinarian. Wash your hands after handling this product.
Missed Doses
Give the dose as soon as possible. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose, and continue with the regular schedule. Do not give 2 doses at once.
Efectos secundarios:
Side effects may include nausea, swollen teats and vulva. These side effects are expected to minimize after your pet adjusts to the medication. If these symptoms appear excessive or persist, contact your veterinarian. Your pet may also experience (to a lesser degree): anxiety, increased sexual attractiveness, sleepiness/lethargy, or swelling of mammary tissues.
Other side effects may occur, if you notice anything unusual, contact your veterinarian.
Drug & Food Interactions
The following drugs can potentially interact with estriol: cyclosporine, fluconazole, insulin, ketoconazole, levothyroxine, metformin, other estrogens, phenobarbital, theophylline, and ursodiol.  Contact your veterinarian if your pet experiences any unusual reactions when different medications are given together.
Make sure to tell your veterinarian what other medication you are giving to your pet. Quite often your veterinarian may prescribe two different medications, even if a drug interaction may occur. In this case, your veterinarian may vary the dose and/or monitor your pet more closely. 
Cautions
Not for use in male dogs. Do not use with other estrogens. The concomitant use of Incurin® with other estrogens has not been evaluated. The concomitant use of Incurin® with glucocorticoids has not been evaluated. The use of Incurin® in dogs with liver disease has not been evaluated. The safe use of Incurin® has not been evaluated in intact female dogs, pregnant or lactating dogs, male dogs, and dogs less than 1 year of age.
Allergic reactions to medications may occur. Be sure to inform VetSource and your veterinarian if your pet has any known drug sensitivities or allergies. If your pet displays symptoms of an allergic reaction, call your veterinarian immediately or go to a veterinary emergency clinic. Symptoms may include but are not limited to: swollen lips, tongue, face, airways; difficulty breathing; agitation; profuse salivation; vomiting; widespread hives and itching.
Human Exposure Warning
This medication may represent a hazard to males or females who are actively trying to conceive, women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, and women who are breast feeding, because it may be present in breast milk. Unopened, intact tablets and capsules may not pose the same degree of risk as injectable drugs that usually require extensive preparation. Cutting, crushing, or otherwise manipulating tablets and capsules will increase the risk of exposure. Wear gloves while handling this medication. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water after handling this medication.

Storage
Store at or below 77°F in controlled room temperature, excursions permitted to 104°F. Keep this medicine out of reach of children. Store in a childproof container. Store this medicine in a cool, dry place at room temperature. Store away from heat and direct sunlight. Do not store this medicine in the bathroom, near the kitchen sink or in damp places. The medicine may break down if exposed to heat or moisture.
